Original recipes “Summer CBD Mezze Platter” – Three Wells
A lighter alternative to charcuterie boards, mezze platters can be an elegant starter to your outdoor gathering, a fun potluck contribution, or just a snack dinner when you want to use up what’s in your fridge! The best part about these creations is there is no need to be strict on the ingredients – add, subtract, or modify in any way. The key is diversity, so make sure you have an abundance of ingredients to make this work. And, of course, your favorite CBD infused olive oil to make this the ultimate snack for relaxation.
Ingredients:
- CBD-infused Olive oil
- 10 oz hummus of your choice
- 1 bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 peeled cucumbers, sliced into spears
- Pitted Kalamata olives
- 1 15-oz can good quality marinated artichoke hearts
- 6 oz Greek feta cheese, cubed
- 6 oz sliced fresh mozzarella or baby mozzarella balls
- 3 oz prosciutto or sliced cured meat of your choice
- 6 fresh figs, halved
- Medium bunch of seedless grapes, red or green
- Pita bread or your choice of bread
Directions:
Assemble your mezze platter by arranging the ingredients in groups on a large plate or tray. Place hummus in small serving bowl in the center of plate and drizzle with CBD-infused olive oil. Drizzle CBD-infused olive oil on other ingredients as desired – this works particularly well with the cheeses, meat, and olives. Serve alongside pita, other breads or crackers, and enjoy!
