These calming CBD brunch eggs, are a great seasonal spring appetizer welcome star on any brunch table – try bacon bits, crumbled blue cheese, or any other toppings for a unique twist on this classic.
Ingredients:
- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and ground black pepper
- 1 dropperful CBD oil of your choice
- smoked paprika and chopped fresh chives, to garnish
Instructions:
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks ato a small mixing bowl.
- Mash the egg yolks with a fork completely until they form a fine powder. Add in the mayo, lemon juice, Dijon, garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste, CBD oil, and stir until thoroughly combined. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Either using a spoon or a small cookie scoop or a piping bag, fill the inside of the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle each deviled egg with a pinch of paprika and chives, and serve immediately.
